a few questions about this:
* when I had the dizzy stripped down, I could turn the arm no probs really freely, but when I built it back up, before I bolted it back onto the head I turned it but it was quite stiff - is this normal?
* is there meant to be an oil seal between the head/dizzy?
Cheers

but now I will! does the seals come part of the head set? I know the "o" one will for the head to dizzy, but does the dizzy seals come with the head set? Cheers
Im not too sure what the seals look like as ive not stripped one myself but its unliekly it'll come in a headset.
