Good Afternoon.
I have the above to fit, it comes with it's own sender same size as original Ford one but does the ECU use the signal from this sender at all and if so does it need the Ford one and do I need to use a T Piece adaptor to have both senders installed or can I just install the new gauge sender & piggy back the dash temp gauge wiring off of that if the ECU is unaffected?
Thanks again!

ECU should have it's own sender.
You will have problem if the ford sender and the new sender do not match, ie are a different resistance as the reading then will be incorrect for the new guage, try it and see.
You should be able to see the temp sender for the ECU as it will be a lot bigger and will have at least three wires going to it usually near the thermo housing ?
