if so have you had any problems with them as im in the process of changing from lloyds to them

 

They are fantastic IMO....although there charges are extortionate for going overdrawn etc etc, but generally i find them very good

 

i like the idea of being able to get your own photos put on your cards!!!
ive just been on thei site and they charge Ł20 for an unauthorised overdraft where my current bank lloyds tsb charge Ł30

 

I've always found them to be really good. Been with them 10+ years now. If ever i've needed to go overdrawn or needed a loan it's always been approved then and there.

Even the Indian call centre is ok now. Their still all called Stephen, Chris, Peter etc though

 

your probably right actually....it's cos they charged me Ł20 for going over the agreed overdraft, then another Ł30 for clearing the payment that made me go overdrawn

they do all sorts of great savings accounts and ISA's etc...our mortgage is with them too, although tbh it was through a broker cos they wanted Ł40 per month more direct

 

ive been with Lloyds for 12 years and theyre quick enough to throw loans and credit cards out but wont increase my overdraft by Ł100 when i could do with it most.
never missed a payment on a loan or credit card and now theyre tight as anything.
they were trying hard to get me to accept a Ł25,000 personal loan just recently

 

I've just left Abbey due to the fact that they have fuck all branches and seem intent on shutting as man down as they can

 

theres a fair few near me actually.
having said that i never need to visit the branch anyway so thats not such a great issue to me
