Hi peolple.
I would like to know how to tune a cosworth engine without having any computer program or any diagnosis machine.
What I want to know is how to set the boost, the fuel, the air/fuel ratio, to the old style, as where I live there is no one with cosworth knowledge.
So I have to do it by myself

 

You might be better off asking this in the general discussion part as there seems to be alot of people with Cosworth knowledge in there.

Boost is set by the chip and actuator.
AFR is set by fuel pressure versus chip, open time for injectors.
All you need is a decent chip like MSD, then make sure your fuelling is ok on Rolling Road, ignition timing set by trigger points on crank pulley wheel.
Idle CO set by mixture screw on ECU.
