Directions:
J 36 off the M6 then follow signs for Barrow A590 (dual carriageway). The 1st exit off this dual carriageway is the one you want (signed Barrow). At this roundabout take the 1st left, (still for Barrow) and the turn off for the show is on the right after about 500 yards.

This may be a stupid question but can you put a non Ford car on the Passionford stand?

was there last year with my Escos and had a great day

 

There are other car groups there on the day so i don't see why not. We still have places left which don't seem to be filling so the more the better. Remember seeing your Escos last time, nice motor I think you said it was'nt running well at the time and you came down from Aberdeen in it

 

Yeah thats correct, wouldnt take the boost too well so made for a long drive

Eventually traced the problem back to a faulty chip so once replaced with one of Ahmeds finest it was going good

Sold it back in Jan to fund the 3 door i now have but there is no way it will be ready in time Shame really but you cant rush these things

Stick my name down then and i will attend with my "non ford"

I know that there is a Scooby stand and there has been one for Mini's in the past. I seem to remember there was one with all different makes of modified cars on it but the RSOC would be able to tell you for definate and how your mates could get on it. It is a really good show this one. Let me know if you want me to put you down for a place if you get the S1 ready. Mine and s 1 ste's S1's will be there

Well,i've been busy getting my mk2 escort ready for the m.o.t. this weekend ready for this show. depending on the 2.0 pinto on bike carbs and 5 speed conversion going o.k.,and painting the engine bay going to plan,i will have my bonnet up. if not,the 1300 x flow and shabby engine bay will be firmly shut away from prying eyes under a closed bonnet!

 

M.O.T. passed with flying colours today! 1300 x flow and shabby engine bay still remain though!
I have slogged my guts out getting my car ready for this show,and will be proud to represent passionford.com on the day. it will be nice to give something back to the only website that i can 100% rely on to help me out!

 

Nice one mate. Will see you there. Decided the S1 has to go in favour of a Mondy ST200 due to the family getting bigger and will be advertised on the day

 

Must apologize to all above for being a no show yesterday

Got up at 03:30 Sun to set off only to discover that i had lost all hearing in my left ear to cut a long story short i didnt want to drive that distance at that time in the morning on my own as the balance didnt feel too good so decided to play it safe and stay away from the car.

Update is that i still have a £uckin sore ear and still have 0 hearing from it and the Doc has said that until the swelling inside goes down he cant tell what the problem is

Looks like everyone had a great day at least until the rain came on just pi$$ed off that i missed it.

Once again sorry for the no show

 

Shit happens mate,my mk2 cooked it's engine after 10 minutes at 70 mph
