Anyway to cure this lads? My old one had a rattle on the O/S front but my new one seems to have a rattle on each, is this a fault that can be rectified somehow? Cheers

 

anti roll bar links.
knackered top mount assembly.
steering rack end play.
knackered shock.
also a possibility is the chargecooler assembly may be moving on the rubber mounts it sits in. can usually hear this as a vibration on slight throttle when pulling off.

get it up in the air and have a good nosey underneath. look out for any play in any parts of the above.

Cheers mate, it seems when I'm just about to drive off that intial movement the car clunks, sounds like the strut I think, I hope that Ford do it under warranty!!

 

hmmmm.
may also be the pads sticking on the discs depending on the wear. check your discs for a lipon the edge.

i had the same thing, the steering arm drivers side off the rack had gone. didnt cost a lot for a new one. i still have a noise on the d/s shock when i go over bumps. im gonna lower it in the next week or 2 so im gonna change the strut top mounts but i think that the noise is the shock itself
