what rods do peopel use when they fit the calibra let pistons in ther zvh conversion do the pistons fit directly on to the rods with no mods

 

The bore of the small end needs to bored out by about 8 thou to give no interference measure it first !!!, a oil feel needs to be drilled in the piston from the oil control ring to the pin also the small end sides need to be skimmed so the small ends don't rub on the pistons, you skim 16 thou of each side

ok on what rod the zetec ones or the cvh ones

 

zetec i think mate, that info was given to me in reference for fitting the let pistons to a full zetec, i guess youd still use zetec rods on a zvh?
