Can you buy from Ford or someone a New ERST S2 Loom (MFI if that makes any dif)

Also regarding the fuse box mine is looking rather fucked from a fuse melting. still works but dont want to take risks...does this come part of?

Doubt you'll find a new loom at Ford, and if you do, be prepared to bend over and take the punishment!

You can buy new fuse board plates and terminals for a MK4, not sure whether they are still available though and its not an easy or fun job fucking around with them

 

yeah i didn't think it would be a pretty job tbh

i might get me a loom and a fuse box and take to a place that does electrics on cars.... but will probably get spanked for that job.. i dunno how much something like that would cost

If your thinking of converting to EFI any time soon now would be the ideal time to get a full EFI loom

 

that was a plan for future yes mate.
