Zetec Turbo Engine
1998 2.0 Zetec Engine modified to turbo spec..
Fully rebuilt with low comp pistons, re-ground crank, ARP rod bolts, group a gaskets, rebuilt head, 3 angle valve seats, big turbo spec CAT CAMS, head modified to take ERST exh manifold, all new belts, water pump, oil pump, etc.. Has done about 1500miles now and never missed a beat, smoked, rattled, no use of oil, etc..
Was running with aftermarket KMS management, T34 turbo and front mount intercooler and its very quick...
Open to offers for the engine..
All other ancillaries, management, turbo..open to offers 2..
Reason for selling is change of direction engine wise not through any faults..

As for the managment it would include
Ecu
Loom
Injectors
Ignition driver
3 bar map sensor
coil pack + leads
Lamda sensor and in-car display
Think thats it..prob missed something..
but if u wanted it all new i can put u in touch with my supplier

As requested in load of pm's...
Ive have all the reciepts for all parts used..
The engine was running at a nice and safe 14psi and is running around the 260-270bhp mark (bearing in mind the engine is NOT using steel rods so much more boost would be asking for trouble
)
As for gearbox i was using a stage 2+ CTS box which has already been sold.
