Just to note the engine will be running 2.5 bar and the turbo is a T72 Turbonetics
As for the Spec: DKE Custom stroke crank, Arrow Rods, custom pistons, Girdled block, Steel Liners, CNC big valve head with Numonic valves, 8 big injectors, dry sumped etc etc
No expense spared

Andy Nichols, (european FWD record holder), does a 10.8 sec quarter in a FWD Rover of similar spec
Can you or 98% of cossies on this site do that time?
I think not
Lets wait and see

98% of cossies are not based on 1/4 miles..
not trying to diss the engine or argue mate...
just trying to say that is harder to hit all these times and speeds than just bolting a few fancy parts together into an engine.

Although with the spec it 'should' do the business!

It's a turbonetics turbo and from personal experience i've always found that if you can't get the horsepower from a netics, then you can't get it at all! Only thing that lets them down is the torque - can never get as much from a netics as some of the others, yet to figure the reasoning out though!!
Best of luck to Ian, spoken to him a few times and he really seems a genuine bloke - would love to see him running 10's
