im not sure on that D is 20yrs now so not sure if it has to be minimum 20yrs or not. think they differ between companies. one wouldnt put it on it unless it was 25yrs. i just google searched classic car insurance and phoned a few. £345 was good for me. try performance direct there pretty good so far for me

if my 1994 escort cossie is a 'classic'
and so was my 1989 cabriolet then im sure most of the series 2's could be put on a classic policy by some compaines

oh it was brentacre who put my cabriolet on a classic policy for me... IIRC it was £450 (250bhp or there abouts)
for the cossie im with lancaster insurance.
