hi to all i was thinking of rebuilding mr erst but now think that the zetec route would be better so just looking for info on what i need to buy and so on!!

firstly i know i need the engine itself but what else do i need! i take it ill need frst loom and ecu?

what about the inlet manifold,pistons,headgasket...ect

you will need efi or some other managment (manifold ect) and the compression and stronger head gasket will need to be changed to cope with the boost

 

Can Fiesta Management be used then on a Zetec tubo engine or will it need to be remapped?

yes frst efi managment will work, im sure it would need a setup aswell

 

Need another project. Might look into that a bit more then. did Ford make a 24v zetec engine?
