poly bushing TCA's
since my car bein whacked ive noticed that my TCA bush is split i was gonna but new TCA's but i've been lookin an poly bushes
how hards is it to do this, are they 2 peice???
its the inner bush the bolts through the chasis

The inner bush shold not be a bush at all unless someone has been cheap and put mk3 TCAs there. It's a uniball on all mk4s.

As Jesse said, Mk4 arms are far superior to Mk3 arms. If its split thats probably just the gaitor
If it does have Mk3 arms get them off

You can probably get a gaitor and fit it, they have clips on them

Ford don't sell them anymore BTW. If you have a good original set with just a bad gaitor, I would think through my choices.
