Default cosworth manifolds on a zetec?

I know you can fit a cosworth inlet on a cvh but it is it a straightforward conversion to put on on a zetec turbo? And how much would the exhaust manifold (2wd cosworth) have to be modified to fit the zetec?

Thanks, James

It would involve a fair bit of cut and weld i guess, as the flanges are different and probably some angles aswell.
Exhaust manifold are cast iron and would need a good welder to get it right.

well if you can fit a cossie inlet to a CVH? why not get an adaptor plate to fit a CVH inlet to a zetec, then bolt the cossie one to the adaptor plate, then the adaptor plate to the zetec? lol

only ever seen 1 cossie inlet on a cvh and it had been butchered so much it looked like it had been melted. was fookin horendous. not worth it in my opinion. if your willing to going to that extent make 1 from scratch at least it will resemble an inlet!

cossie ones dont flow equally to each cylinder anyway, would probably benefit more from starting from scratch instead of going to all that hassle
