Default What Wheels Suit my car better??

Going to get some new wheels for my car, Has to be ford wheels and 5 stud, I've narrowed it down to the bottom 2.

Option 1

Option 2

Ok, The top set are 18 Inches and the bottom are 17 Inces, Now i'm thinkiing the 18 Inches will grip a little better but i'm not too botherd as it should handle good on the 17 Inches lowerd on eibach -40mm.

One question, I was told by another forum member eibach -40mm Wont make it handle any better at all because it's not low enough to make a difference and not stiff enough, Can someone confirm this is bullshit? Cheers, Benni.

avid-fan I like them, However the wheels have to be a ford option. It's a motabilty car and the only way i can modify it is if i say 'I chose them as an option when i bought it'. The springs was an option and so where the wheels.

Cheers for looking though mate, It's aprecciated. Cheers ben.

i want to say the 17s for practicality(price of tyres and handling etc) but they will look lost under the huge focus arches mate.

maddy That's strange, You'd think more tread meant better handling. Anyway, As the 17s Handle better and the tread is cheaper i will be going for Option 2. Plus more people like them.
