Default saphy exhaust manifold 2wd or 4wd

i'm running a 2wd saphy, closed loop msd,greens,l8 ecu,3 bar and a t3 turbo.Is there any advantage putting on a 4wd short exhaust manifold?
Does it lower spool up time or lag?
Your comments would be appreciated.Cheers

4x4 manifolds are meant to improve response over a 2wd.

dont know if this is a myth or not?

can you just slacken and rotate the turbine housings on the t3 to fit the manifold or is it more involved? Everything is in the wrong place if not!

i have a 2wd manifold on my 4x4, i was told it gave you a little more power due to an easyer exhaust gas flow (dont know if true) but i do know the turbo is a lot easyer to remove if you have a 2wd manifold

i found that on the 2wd u have a little more lag (which is slight) but it seems to pull stronger top end

plus the added bonus of the turbo a piece of piss to take off compared with 4x4,

if u do go 2wd make sure u get a turbo damper

I think the 4wd is slightly better response but becomes limiting at about 400bhp, It depends what you want to do with the car and how far you want to go, I know people that have changed in both directions.

4 wd one will boost earlier due to shorter path to turbo but not as hard at top end.
