Default My S1 problem. pls read.

ok...before i start spending money on what the garge have said, can i just get some quick advice??

Around Apil last year I changed the Second Injector and injector line after the connecting bit on the banjo broke.

http://smg.photobucket.com/albums/v4...=rst2010-1.jpg

i got the injector of ebay...cheap with the red pipe.
Could the injector be faulty affecting Cylinder 3?? and causing excessive fuel consumption??

or would this problem be the metering head?

Why not take the car to a decent tuner get them to check the injectors out and tune the car. Then take it from there when the tuner tels you your metering heads fucked i'd trust there judgment, but take it somewhere thats reputable and know about rst's

mine used a stupid amount of petrol (mines not an rs but im sure its similar) and had a very small splitt one of the fuel hose's causing ti to drink alot mroe fuel (car went faster i might add) then got it sorted by replacing the fuel lines
