It would be interesting to see how many in each colour are left, any ideas?

This sort of topic normaly ends up with lots of people replying with 'ive got one'...which never really answers your question...so if I state a number for you off the top of my head, it will be wrong but its a good starting point, then some will argue saying how wrong I am and then give you the real number...people love to argue

So, to start the ball rolling, I recon there is 1879.5 (the half of a cossie is my rebuild as its only half a car at present )

 

Would i be right in saying that there was only around 5500 produced?

in all 5542 three doors were made..500 were put aside and changed into rs500's

 

yep so 5042 3drs... but 500 of course became the evolution RS500...

one here, black 32-33k miles... used nearly everyday...

love it..

 

oh and even though ours is black, think the white ones look better, black cars look all one colour if you know what i mean..

white looks good with accented black bits!

 

ive got a white one but you had better put it down as a half as its been stripped ready for rebuild eventually

lol argue all you like..that number was just a random hitting of the keyboard plus a point five White is an excellent primer colour for a nice deep coat of Black also
