Default 2.0 Zetec into Mk1 Escort Mexico

I am about to build a restored Mk1 Escort Mexico shell,I was going to do the common engine conversion and fit a 2.0 Vauxhall unit, but to keep it totally Ford based I have decided on using a Zetec 2.0 running on throttle bodies and MBE management, can anyone give me any advise on things such as engine mountings(I have a WCCM fitted at present)
clutch/flywheel/belhousing ect.

Any advice will be very much appreciated.

Cheers

i did the same conversion on a CVH westfield to zetec 2.0 on jenvey throttle bodies, with emerald full management, and fuel injection rolling road tuned came out with 185bhp, went well actually, the main problem with XE power is getting a good engine these days, at reasonable money, my 2.0 zetec from a i year old focus cost me Ł400 complete last year..... with 9k miles on the clock, bet you can't get a similar XE for that anywhere..

Not similar (ie 9000 miles) but I can get a complete Astra GSi for less than Ł300 and that has the XE engine in it too Sell on some of the bits.. seats, gearbox, trim etc and you then have the engine for nothing.

The 2.0 XE engine was the first choice,as we know the units well, but decided to try and build with all Ford components as it's a new project.

Still looking for info from anyone who as undertaken this conversion.

cheers
