i did the same conversion on a CVH westfield to zetec 2.0 on jenvey throttle bodies, with emerald full management, and fuel injection rolling road tuned came out with 185bhp, went well actually, the main problem with XE power is getting a good engine these days, at reasonable money, my 2.0 zetec from a i year old focus cost me £400 complete last year..... with 9k miles on the clock, bet you can't get a similar XE for that anywhere..
