How do you remove the exterior qtr trims from a 3 door ?

How do you remove the exterior qtr trims from a 3 door ?

How do you remove the rear quarter window trims so they can be used again and not get bent... the clips need to be removed clean as well I assume.
Any advise much appreciated.

Not a good idea ,they come as a unit Glass and trim all together ,and just bonded in.
I found this out whilt trying to remove a set
