hey people , heres my new project and a bit about it ,

after brakin the last project a throttle bodied fiesta si , after losing my job and running out of money before it could be painted , i have now come in to a big prob of writin my honda civic off , so time to use some old parts a better shell , and a bit of money lol .
im an apprentis painter ( cars ) so i now dont have to worry about the paintin or body work side of things as i do it for a livin and have a lot of friends that can help lol ,

right the new project , 1.8 zetec turbo mk3 fiesta ,

spec :
1.8 130ps bottom end
de-comp plate
drilled an tapped head for cvh inlet and exhaust
custom inlet with ITB and
t3 turbo ( lookin out for one )
power flow system and down pipe
130ps spec cams
low ratio fiesta si gear box with erst lsd ( need the lsd )
fiesta zetec flywheel , skimed and ballaced

the shell is Saqs old one ( his project but i have better plans)

right anuff of the woffle heres a cople of pics , wont be any updates on the shell its self till end of jan / start of feb , need to pic it up sort some money and other things out

the shell will be painted the same colour as saqs escort , but will have a black bonnit , well undisided yet ,

thats a before and after , saq was stripin it to start agen , he never fineshed as he got the escort so it got neglected , the shell is solid tho ! only bit that worrys me lol , i can always paint it in a day lol

Looking good there mate.

Can offer some advice though, cause im building a escort gti turbo and foung the the best cam set up is 130 inlet and 105 outlet as the 105 is open longer and therfore lets more gas out.

just thought you might like the idea.

Anyway looking like you have alot of bits already I have'nt got any thing for a RST one more (well maybe aset of s2 front callipers but dont know if they still work ) othere then that i have'nt any thing

Ps i have the engine and box out the cossie

Alan s1 hit a big wankin lorry lol long story , s2 calpers , if u can find them ill have them lol , u havnt got a turbo u ent useing do you?

been diggin around seeing what i had left for my old fiesta when i found a frst bonnit and pop outs lol 2wd cossie fuel reg , and cople of long bts of fuel pipe lol,

will have a update this weekend when i pul the engine apart agen to fit diffrent head , de-comp plate cople of other bits and bobs

little update , i made all the paint at work today , its sat there waitin for the car to be delivered, dam i love workin in a paint shop / body shop mix all me own paint ect

As for a turbo i have replyed to your PM i have but it may need oil seals And its a Late spec T3ob 92 spec saph cossie one i belive

Come over this wkend if you can sunday be about all day got to get over to the cossie to clean up ect Also how much Paint can you mix and how much ŁŁŁŁŁŁŁŁ If you know whot i mean

Rewire It pipe i mite need mate , how much you lookin i have pop outs and turbo bonnit , but will only be usiing the pop outs want the smooth look so bonnits no good lol

alan s1 you have a pm back , and should be able to mix anothe for the inside noo probs , i can mix any amont i need the hard bit is gettin it out lol and gettin it home with out brakin the platic pots lol
.6 should be anuff , thats a hole gun full , well the guns i use and the inside is smaller than the outside lol

 

lol i can ask a m8 how much as he does it ever day will need to prime it in 2k also tho
