Can someone photoshop a set of 7x13 inch minilites onto it and change it to silver please?

I think you need to try and get some better quality pics sorted out mate, if someone was to chop your car with that pic it wouldn't look very good no matter how good the photoshoper is because of the bad quality.
My advice is get some high res pics done and then i'm sure someone will do it for you mate
