tcut works well or g3,,,,,, but im no body shop person

g3 is a compound polish and makes the whole car mint again

get the car mopped for about 70 quid and just smile at all your hard work ( driving car to bodyshop for a mop)

A product called FINNESSE IT.Rub on with a cloth and overspray diisapears. It less abrasive than T-CUT.Could use T-CUT as a cheaper and quicker option, just be careful you don,t go mad with it as it will take a few layers of paint off. Also G3 is a very abrasive cutting compound. Our body shop uses FINNESE IT for overspray.Think you can get an something similar from HALFORDS.

Just look out for a FINISHING COMPOUND...not a CUTTING COMPOUND.

G10 is much less abbrasiv than G3

your sposed to mix em with 6 parts water to make a runny paste

personally i would go to a car paint supplier, not halfords

It depends how bad the overspray is, if its really bad then gently go over the panel with 2000 gritt wet and dry paper until the panel is smooth and free of overspray but gently dont rub through the laquer, then after that a go over with g3 and finnesse on a mop to finish it off and it will look mint again.

Well like i said it depends how bad the overspray is ive only ever had to do it twice in 35 years of spraying as g3 isnt always tough enough to ripp it off especially if its been like this for a long time cheers.

some aggressive clay bars can be used to remove overspray, but can marr paintwork, but if your not stupid this can be avoided, take a look on www.detailingworld.com and see what you can find on claying your car
