Default embaressing members of your family

well, you already know that my brother dones't know why 2 foxes should be joined at the arse, so here's some more

we've just finished watching rocky 4 on sky and, according to my old man:
rocky was the russian and not ivan drago
apollo creed was the guy who'd died on christmas day rather than james brown

but thats not as big a mind boggler as my mrs, who thought it was an actualy documentary of slyvester stalones real life

anyone else for any more moment when you are glad there wasn't a video camera around?

My MOM was visiting a family member in hospital. When visiting she asked the family member if she could use THE BED SIDE PHONE to arrange a lift home.Dialed the number ,but couldn,t get a dialing tone.So told a passing NURSE that there was no DIALING TONE.To which the NURSE told her that she was DIALING ..........THE T.V REMOTE CONTROL. .Wish i was there.

My mum...her car had an ''intermittant misfire'' she proclaimed...anyway, few days passed...until she came back into the house and shouted ''Ohhhh katie, it wasn't a misfire, I just had the mat stuck under the accelerator!''

my 24 year old brother who is
Jobless and always has been
Gets sacked or ditched from every job seekers placement within 2 weeks
Has never been seen with a girl at all ever
mopes around the house.
is a complete looser
cant drive
is agressive and abusive to all people in the house and any visitors.
generally a coont
chavvy as fuck and talks like it too
training to go in the army as a marine and has failed to realise they also want brains as well as people who can run a bit so is basically fucked if he doesn't get in.
Has previously answered his mobile phone during a job interview
Managed to last 8 hours at uni in Lincoln before getting into his first fight.. only to fuck up the first year and then leave anyway costing my parents 1000's in helping him out and what not.

Has told me recently that I am jealous of him and always have been.

Yep- its a strange world and families are very embarresing.

just found this again

i remember the first time my mrs had one of her "brainwaves2 when she said 2why do people visit the colleseum in rome when they haven't finished building it? did they only build it for the gladiator film?"

my old man, only yesterday, decided to answer his mobile, when he recived a text
then asked me to find out who'd called him

my mum didn't realise that we've got a cordless phone, so was a bit surprised when she was evesdropping and osmeone said, "i was about to hand you the phone, but now it doens't look like i need to"
