Default What manifold is this?

Hello,
I bought a manifold from a 2.0 Focus. Upon browsing another site I found someone using the exact same manifold on the Zetec Turbo (Turbo bolted directly to it) so I PM'd them asking about the manifold. He mentiond that its a T190 manifold but they do a few different kinds - Hopefully this will help to try and find out what this manifold is exactly.

Its surplus to my requirements now but am intregued to know what its off and if I have bagged abit of a bargin.

This is the manifold fitted to the ZT:

Thanks

The T190 was a special edition Focus Turbo, as was the T130, T140, T230/T230R and T250. Look them up on Google, very good read and some nice photo's of all models.

This manifold looks like a slightly modified 2.0 manifold.

Hmm just done a few searches and couldnt find anything helpful.

Would you say the manifold I have is a standard 2.0 one (as I thought)? When you say the second one may be slightly modified do you mean the flange?

Thanks

Yours looks like a standard 2 ltr one mate, it looks just like the one sat in my garage, The standard and indeed any Aftermarket one for a Fucus will have a triangulated Flange, to make it any good for a Turbo you'd have to (as you say) chop the triangulated Flange and have a square 4 bolt flange made and welded on.

Just as I thought buddy, I had no doubt in my mind it was a standard manifold until I seen the Zetec Turbo using one

It was he that mentiond it being a T190 manifold hence the need for this post. It proberly is a standard manifold but why would he use it for a turbo conversion?

Thanks for the help so far people

The only reason I can think of is that it probably flows as good as say an RST manifold but the flange has the correct placing for the studs.
