cleaning s/s exhaust

i am going to take the back box off the cossie and give it a clean up wot is the best way to get fid of the black carbon on the inside of the end can

autosol.brings it up like brand new.can also do the backbox etc.takes all the tar,road gunge off a treat.hope this helps
