Default fuel pump and vibrating

Does anyone know how to wire new wires to my fuel pump using the original wires to power a relay, with a wire straight from the battery? what type of fuse? wattage? wire? my fuel pump is only kicking out 11volts! i don't want the saph to go bang!
would any one know why my saph would just start vibrating between 2500 and 3000 rpm it's been poly bushed but never done it before or since then?

mount a relay in the boot area (I mounted mine where the fuel cut-off switch is)

take the original fuel pump feed wire off the pump to pin 85

run a new wire (doesn't have to be heavy gauge) from pin 86 to an earth point

run a new 30-35A wire, with a 40A fuse near the battery, through the front bulkhead (with a grommet) to pin 30

run a new 30-35A wire from pin 87 to the fuel pump

run a new 30-35A wire from the pump to earth
