Which cam belt should i use on my Series 2 a gen ford one or a Burton power uprated one??

i just go with the ford item so 1 you know your getting the correct one
and 2 thats what they had when ther new i would only think about getting a uprated one if my car was running high revs

most of the cambelts come out of the same factory anyways, such as gates or quentin hazel think it is.

You can also use a good aftermarket one like Contibelt. At least as good as genuine Ford but usually a bit cheaper.

More important than the manufacturer of the belt is, that you also change the tensioner and the water pump.
