Starter motor, VERY common problem.

Get one from a smaller cvh engine and heat wrap the downpipe.

ive had that problem with just about everyone ive had, but have now cured it once and for all, buy a lucas one, part number LRS 788.
they are the bollocks!! they work completely different to the standard cvh starter, they are geared and sound like a cozzy starting you wont get no hot start problems with one of these trust me,they are more expensive mind but will out last half a dozen of the other type.
make sure you go to a LUCAS supplier, dont let them blag you into a different make telling you its the same,it must be a lucas LRS788 in a green box!
hope this helps alot of you with rst,s

it bolts straight on no messing mate, the only thing you might have to do is change the spade connector for a bullet connector and thats it!! trust me once you get one of these you wont go back to the old type

with an adjustable regulator

3.5 bar sounds a lot of pressure ?? It may be forcing fuel out through a leaky injector and filling the cylinder ??

no , original fuel pump is 5.5 bar , but now i have only 3.5 bar.
fuel pump has 5.5 bar till fuel pressure regulator, then is going about 3.X.

On top of the fuel pump sits a valve that holds the pressure in the fuel lines after turning the engine off.

When the fuel in the lines get warmer, they get gas bubbles and they will push petrol back into the tank. So you'll have to wait until the fuel gets colder and the gas bubbles disappear until you can start the engine again. So fit a new valve to your fuel pump!

If you smell petrol out of your exhaust then you'll have too much of it in your engine.
If not, it will not get any petrol. And in most cases it's the valve!

yes smell of petrol is strong, when I try to start engine.

edit: I find in autodata that problem is starting can be in DIFFERENTIAL PRESSURE (wtas it that?? ), cold start injector, warm up enrichment function. ?
