On Ebay there is an L8 ECU modded for 8x injectors, Pectel jobbie, not Collins. Do you guys out there think they are worth strong money ie £600 - £800 or do you think they are not worth what they were due to the increase of 1000cc injector cars. Just wondered what people thought?????

 

Neil , many different ways to go for ecus these days ! I gave £600 for my l8 with super 8 tho 2 years ago , depends what you want tho really , The secs ecu lets you use 4 high flo injectors , if you can get one .Stu @Msd has some high flow tests going on with lambda l8's as well .
Depends what the e-bay item gets up to !

I love you Tony, you are about the only person that ever replies to my posts, I think fundamentally I am very boring and a bit sad. To be honest I dont need the ecu it just seems there is very little interest in it!! Thought maybe people were just not bothered in going 8 inj anymore. PS. are you going to Croft? I could bring your MERCHANDISE

i agree with tony , the price and interest in second hand modded l8/p8 for super 8 is not in as much demand as it was as ther is now other ways to get the power you wanted without going for 8 injectors, as was once the only way , basically now there is available injectors that can deliver as much if not more than 8 of the old 803/403 setups !! and im going to croft thanks !!!

 

Tony I swear to god I am not , Its bloody Fusion Lee starting rumours, ringing your man tomorrow just been so busy at work welding two cars together, really hard to make the seam not show!! I will post the stuff then, just dont really like posting stuff like that.
