just to make sure,,, cams are timed but wanted to double check the crank pulley, is the timing mark where the arrow on the front cover points to the cut in the back of the pulley? Also does the phase sensor (where distributor normally is on big turbo) need to be set anywhere.
manifold studs, one end has some orange threadlock on, its on the end with the nipple type bit, is this the end that go's into the head

to set the crank to tdc you aline the block mark with the trailing edge of the first lobe after the groove in the pulley.the groove in the pulley is 16 degrees before tdc .
dissy: aline the rotor arm with indent in the dissy body this is around 1 oclock with the crank at tdc that is all you need to do with the phase signal
you are correct with your studs

Turbosystems its a YBP, no distributor, 36-1 crank pulley.
i wanted to make sure as you presume the groove on a big turbo pulley would be the timing mark, but its not, so thought i'd better check the YBP pulley.
