****3/09/04 UPDATE****
Hi guy's, well a bit more was done yesterday...here are the pics....
RJ's got his new wheels in

Freshly chopped and hand crafted with hammer and chisel from a sierra

New Spacer setup RJ got @ National Day to give the correct offset for the wheels with the esc cos wings

Stripped

Grinding down the calipers to accept the huowoge discs

Freshly angle drinded by moi to fit in the escort

Other side disc on and sorted

Removing the original seat mounts so the tunnel will fit correctly

In place, with a few minor adjustments ready to be tacked in

Once the tunnel is in place, an Escort Cosworth carpet will need to be sourced along with the dash and the interior can be bolted back in....RJ will then work on the underneath to modify the gear linkages for the tunnel etc....another update soon peeps....

I am sure Ryan will answer, but he aint on here much. I 'think' it will come down to the factor of, insurance.....and the cost of even a 'repairable' cos, which youreally just dont find! and I must admit with things like this u 'can' end up spending just as much as buying a genuine one outright, but Ryan has had the car a few years now and it came up cheap with all the right bits on it, so he grabbed it whilst he could
P.S I know a esc cos is his ultimate car so sure he will buy the real thing one day

Looks good.
I seriously thought you were taking the piss when you said you were going to fit a tunnel!!!
You might as well rip the whole bottom out and put it on a 4x4 sapph floorpan!
