I want to build one car, but I have a lot of questions.

I want to build an Escort Cosworth WRC replica using a normal Escort XR3i with the Focus RS engine. I want to put the front & rear cossie wings and the front & rear WRC bumpers, looks insane!

I have a lot of questions about the project.

Can I put in normal Escort XR3i an independent suspension rear axle like the Cossie or Sierra? Any normal Escort mounts independent suspension rear axle? The 4WD?

I don't like the torsional stock axle of the normal Escorts.

Its posible?

More... I want to put Compos Mo in 18 inches, what mesure of tyres are the best for my project? 225/40/18? And the wheels in 8 or 9 inches?

You could probably graft a sierra or escort cos rear end onto an xr3i, but the money it would cost to build this would be daft.
You'd be better off saving up and buying a genuine escos.
