2wd Cossie ACTING STRANGE
Need perhaps a few ideas or some advice on this .....
start up the car no problem:
1st thing that happens is after 30-40 sec of driving , central locking keeps locking then unlocking non stop for about 10secs
2nd after about say 5 mins of driving then car , lights start dimming in dashboard and headlights slighty
the car has just been fitted with new alternator and battery, so any help on this would be great as now a little confused

As above, could be motor sticking on central locking, could also be a wire going to the central locking in a door breaking down, probably in the rubber boot/grommet that wiring passes through to get to door
Drop me an offer via PM if you need central locking motors, got a full set of 2wd Saph Cos ones
Check all earths under bonnet and on battery/engine are clean
You really need to check the voltage at the battery when the lights go dim to see if its altenator thats faulty, has your altenator got the heat shield on the back?????
Melted the regulator on my re-conned altenator with the heat from manifold/turbo
Was showing over 16 volts on my volts gauge in car
