Default Running problem on my ZT fiesta turbo *URGENT*

my car starts 1st turn, idles fine until warm, then judders and cuts out, this is worse with the chip unplugged

If you undo the sensor that sitsunder the EFI inlet this sorts the problem but obviously something isnt right

Ive swapped the sensor for another 2nd hand 1 that came out of a running frst but its still the same

Could it be air locked? any other ideas peeps?

CheeRS

BTW. the sensor in question is now located in the Zetec thermostat housing, the car the engine came out of never suffered from this problem
