Default HELP NEEDED ASAP FITTING LIGHT BLUES

Right bought a set of light blue injectors and got me fitting kit this morning......think ive sorted how all the washers etc go on but seem 2 ave i spare rubber seal in each packet? theres a thread on page 8 of general with pics but im not 2 sure on it because it shows 2 rubber seals bein used but ive got 3 in each packet

does anyone ave any pics of instructions etc cos im gettin me car set up 2morra
