Default Smoke on overrun??

Just racing a bike home from work tonight, sun shining thru the back window, noticed a load of smoke when backing off and braking hard, non when accelerating tho.
Does this sound like over fuelling? Exhaust is always very black too. Was only doing 9 mpg at Nat Day and it's only stg.1!

if you were revving it hard then lifting off and running it down quickly then its normal! i assume the smoke was a blue colour!

Its probably just unburnt fuel mate, most cossie smoke on the overrun...mainly black smoke! But i get your fuel economy checked out if your only doing 9 mpg on stage 1

Fit a flamer kit, that'll get rid of it if it's black smoke.... If you see smoke after that it's either something other than overfuelling or your rear bumper is on fire.... LOL
