im having trouble fitting the t3 downpipe to the fiesta turbo middle section of the exhaust system, its fits on fine at the turbo elbo however i dont have a flange for the middle section and im finding it difficult to get one, on my friends escort turbo the downpipe slots into the middle section but on the fiesta one it has to be forced togeter much in the same way how its fits on the turbo elbow, am i best to cut the rolled end of the middle section and slot it into the downpipe or best to try and get a flange for it

 

should be able to get a flange from an exhaust fabricator. shouldnt be too expensive to sort
