my girlfriends y plate ka cutting out, apparently its blown the relay for the lights and heater 3 times this has now been replaced .but it keeps cutting out on her has anyone got any idea what could be causing it? it seems like an electrical fault or a short somewhere?? cheers guys

 

my mate had this problem it turned out it was a live feed to the battery

can you be more specific with what's going wrong...

KA's have a few issues with the TPS and the ICV they just need to be taken out and cleaned, there's a guide on www.kaklub.co.uk

As for the blowing fuses, no real idea off the top of my head, i'm assuming the car is standard, but like Zippy said, may be the live wire although.. not sure how.... it splits into 2 i think, one goes to the altenator other to the fuse box ( i think) wouldn't know what to suggest... but one of those 2 sites will be able to help
