you can either buy new bolts with the correct fitment on them or you can just buy the washers. grayston, demon tweeks, speedshack or any alloy wheel dealer will sell them. i got mine from speedshack

BOLTS ARE SHITE!!!!!

Replace them with studs. Safer and easy to remove and refit wheels etc..

hi lads i'm just about to try the conversion to studs. i've got the studs ready to fit i'm thinking you only need to drill the holes out to 13 mm then fit the studs from the rear till fully tight, then i was going to put a tack weld on them as a added precaution to stop them from moving does this sound right to you all

Thats excatly what you need to do pal. Dont need to weld the studs tho.

The studs can be found at any breakers yard on most late fords. Take a hammer and use an old nut wound on the thread a few turns, then smash it

Nice kit, but no way would i pay for them

Mk5/6 Escort.

Or the Transit has extra long studs if you need long ones for whatever reason.

hi again tried it out today and 13mm is the size needed to be drilled to. much easier to get the wheels on now no more messing around trying to line the holes up and getting the bolts in to keep it from dropping of should of done this years ago, this is the way to go mark cost me20 quid for the studs and allow an hour a corner
