right then, bought a chrome cambelt cover for my s2, I know its a rs turbo one as it has it engraved on it...

but it dont fit

everything lines up but the standard bolts are too short, the guy I bought it off on rsoc had it on an erst.
when you put it against the standard one they look identical, but the bolt is too short to catch the threaded holes on the block.

do I need diff bolts or am I just being a spastic?

i can get you some longer bolts if you want mate? some crome ones

The bolt's from you standard belt cover won't be anygood them chrome/stainless steel one's come with longer bolt's with an alan key head when bought new.

 

right so then, what bolts am i getting for you scott? 8mm x how long? and the same for jambo?

 

oh and do you want allen or hex? i'll grab some crome washers as well

 

8mm is too big dude,if my memory serve's me correctly they are 6mm and need to be about 30mm long

 

ill get a measurement for mine later tonight,i think addiction is correctmthere about 6mm,ill know for defo later

no worries, i can do 6mm up tp 6 x 90 i think

 

10mm head 6mm tap u want them 30/35mm long
