whats the best cam for my cvh turbo
Depends where you are going with the car.
The stock cam is quite good actually. If you want more then Kent CVH35 would be my choice but there have been more than a few issues with the quality of the blanks.
Newman cams are sposed to be the business but I've not used one yet

I have to say that whilst I agree with the idea of avoiding Piper and Kent at all costs, fitting a Newman Cam and Solid Lifters, isn't really a straight-forward DIY job. It takes us 1-2 hours to set the solid followers up on mine and that's with us having done it countless times. It requires most than just the ability to hold a spanner.
Other than that, Newman is the best of what is available out there.
