cossie wont start

Default cossie wont start

hi all
i went to go off to work this morning started the car run fine for about 2mins then cut out , problem is no it want start all its doing is turning over.

what is suspect in the case usally?

all help would be great

have you tried the fuel cut off switch, they can fail causing the fuel to stop.on a sierra its located under the spare wheel in the boot and can just be bridged out to test it

thanks for the reply, found it to be a dodgy ht lead for some reason it must have been sparking out where it fits on the dissy cap and become stuck evening trying to pull it out it snapped of.
so it had replaced phase sensor, rotor arm, cap, leads and a coil, as this was found to be givin a spark 1 min and not the other.
so fingers crossed it will be ok now
