Numbers on top of pistons??

Just bought a second hand bottom end and the top of the pistons has 73/10 stamped on them, what type are they???
Also has 0.5 which I'm assuming means its had a rebore???

could they be low comp?

7.3:1?

The guy I bought it off said it had low compression mahle pistons in it so that could be what it means
