There's too much in the ebay rules to type here. Just start the process to join and you'll be presented with the rules which you will have to agree to follow in order to complete the registration process. As for selling things that you believe have a certain value, you can do a reserved price auction but the your advert will cost you significantly more.

 

Shit so you have to pay to use it is it a percentage or fixed cost
