that looks very beasty bud i thought you couldn't use 4wd ones as they were too big for the front. yeah i know i need a reverse charge pipe, so i take it when i take it off the road next year for full respray, then it's best to play about, don't esp design sell alloy piping? as i know i can get hoses from samco, i'm using my orignal 88spec bumper so i don't know how that will look may have to do the cutting ut not too much as i want to keep it standard looking as possible really, did you space the radiator back? or did you cut into the back of the bumper

S1 or S2?

If it's S1 the cooler will not fit in that location.

If it's S2, then you'll have to chop the rear of the bumper out as in the first photo to get it to fit. For hoses, Paul @ roosemotorsport is the way to go. Thicker hoses and quality is v good in comparison. Dependant on how you route the pipework will depend on how much hose you need, what lengths, what bends, etc. Two options there: run with a reverse charge-carrier & create hoses to run down l/h side of bay straight down to cooler..or buy hoses to make a 180 degree then run pipework over the top of the intercooler then up the r/h connecting to the original charge carrier.

mines a s2 bud
im gonna go for:
-reverse charge pipe
-prob space radiator back and use original fan plus centralise so i csan get pipes through
-have to cut bumper out anyway so don't matter to much as i'm gonna take mine of the road next year buy a shit fiesta to run around in while mines a rolling shell full respray engine rebuild and cogbox the lot just trying to horde bits for mine in the meantime just got 2 mint doors for mine then i dented the drivers one putting in the back of mine DOH!
