S1 or S2?

If it's S1 the cooler will not fit in that location.

If it's S2, then you'll have to chop the rear of the bumper out as in the first photo to get it to fit. For hoses, Paul @ roosemotorsport is the way to go. Thicker hoses and quality is v good in comparison. Dependant on how you route the pipework will depend on how much hose you need, what lengths, what bends, etc. Two options there: run with a reverse charge-carrier & create hoses to run down l/h side of bay straight down to cooler..or buy hoses to make a 180 degree then run pipework over the top of the intercooler then up the r/h connecting to the original charge carrier.
