what head gasket is the best for a 2.0 zvh?

I don't know the answer to that, but I do know that a good gasket doesn't say 'Felpro' on it.

yet some people have had no problem with felpro. ian howell or someone like that who has a good reputation for his zvh's and zetecs in general would be a good person to consult possibly or someone in a mag like fast ford whom you have heard of maybe?

had 2 felpro gaskets on mine then had the head welded and a focus metal mulitlayer gasket fitted been no problem since that was advice from ian howell

I used a Felpro on my ZVH it was fine at low to medium boost but got totally destroyed at 32psi. Using a copper one from Ferrady engineering now.

For what little I know about ZVH's, I would say that the multi-layer gasket is a much better option. I think Cometic do it.
