Default 3 door coilover spring rates??

Can anyone with a 3door trackcar with coilovers on give me an idea of the rear spring rates please. I've checked mine and they are 200lb.
I think they are too soft ??

Ok.
It must be something else that is causing the rear to be twichy. Its very unstale turning into a corner. Once the weight has moved and loaded the outerside its ok. The only thing that has been changed are the rear beam bushes and the coilovers fitted.
